Rogue Running is a locally-owned training organization and running specialty retailer. As the premier training group in Austin, we train nearly 3,000 athletes annually through 53 different programs and have been selected as the #1 Running Club in Texas four years in a row. Our retail side serves local athletes with an extremely knowledgeable staff of runners, custom shoe fits and a wide selection of the latest apparel, accessory and nutrition products.

Rogue's founder and head coach, Steve Sisson, has been named one of the nations 'Top 10 Super- Coaches' by Runners World magazine, and we have been twice selected as the 'official training program' of the Austin Marathon.

Rogue's mission is to create an authentic community of athletes, discovering running as a path to their physical, mental & spiritual potential.

Join Rogue to train for your fall marathon! This year Coach Steve Sisson leads of group of Rogues to race Chicago on Oct 9th, but you can train for any other fall race during September ... moreand October, up thru New York City on Nov 6th.

Start Date- Fall Marathon Kickoff on Saturday April 30th with a 5 - 7 mile long run at 7am

End Date- Sunday, Nov 6th

Duration- 27 weeks

Meeting: 2 times per week; Tuesday/Wednesday (speed) workout with your coach and Saturday 6am long run

Includes: 7-day per week running schedule for the entire class (includes everything you need to race at your best), access to CORE CLASS (strength class), small-group Tues/Wed speed workout lead by a dedicated coach and Saturday morning group-runs on a fully-supported course. Downtown long runs will move to 5:30am from June 4th thru Sept 24th.

Price- $399 (can be broken into monthly installments)

Are you fit enough to start? Most likely!! Runners should be comfortably running just 5 miles to start.

This program is for those wanting to maintain a Saturday long run base this spring. Saturday long run start times are at 6am for up to 20 miles, and 7am for up to 14 miles, both Downtown ... moreand Cedar Park. There will not be a training schedule, but each Monday you will receive an email listing all the long run start times and routes. Long runs will be supported with water stops and maps. This program will start February 20th and end April 30th.

Train for spring marathons during the months of perfect Austin running weather! In this spring program, our goal races are any of March or April marathons, from the classic Boston ... moreto the nearby races of Big D Dallas or Oklahoma City. Other options include the California destination races of Big Sur or Mountains 2 Beach. Or run the Vancouver marathon with Coach Jen Harney and her Rogue runners.

Start Date- Tuesday, December 1st or Wednesday, December 2nd

End Date- Sunday, April 30th

Price- $374 (can be broken into monthly installments)

The Rogue Morning Show is a group of committed athletes of all pace ranges, coached by Chris McClung, that have one thing in common: we aren't satisfied with the status quo. Our motto: ... moreWe run early, we run often, we do it together. With consistency, hard work, and teamwork, this group is right for you if you are training for a half marathon or marathon and looking to smash a big goal. This is a monthly billing program at $68 per month which can accommodate a variety of target races. The group meets on Wednesday mornings at 5:30am and Saturdays at 6am. Join the Northside Runaways to train this fall and winter with training options for January and February marathons and half marathons. In the spring we'll still offer long distance ... moretraining but also the option of faster 5k and 10k race speedwork. The group meets at Anderson high school parking lot on the north side of the school to run the Northwest Hills neighborhood. The cost is $68 per month. This program is year round.

Team Rogue PM is designed for the performance-driven athlete looking for year-round training. Expect to commit to weekly mileage between 60-90mpw, with quality days of 10-12 miles.

Team Rogue Cedar Park is a more rigorous training program for the goal-oriented runner committed to higher mileage. Quality days consist of 10-12 miles with weekly mileage between ... more50-80 mpw.

Team Rogue is led by Coach Kim Wrinkle, a 2:23 marathoner and protege of Coach Bill Squires (coach of marathon legends, Bill Rodgers & Alberto Salazar). This program is geared towards marathons such as Dallas, Houston and Austin, then on to Spring marathons. The cost is $85 per month. This program meets Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:15 AM for quality workouts and Saturdays at 5:30 AM for long runs.

RogueFounder Steve Sisson (also known as the OriginalRogue) brings his experience as a professional runner, collegiate coach at the University of Texas and coach to professional runners ... moreto you. His philosophy is tried and true, directed towards the performance-driven athlete looking to train year-round.

This winter, coach Sisson will train his athletes for a fast 3M or Houston Half Marathon. The half-marathon training block will flow directly into marathon training, targeting the Boston Marathon and the Martian Marathon (Deerborn, MI) in the spring.

Jeff builds a training plan designed for the performance-driven athlete that focuses heavily on the "whys and hows" ... moreof training. Rooted in his understanding of scientific principles and how they relate to training, his year-round training style is ever evolving.

This spring, Team Rogue el Jefe is targeting April and early May marathons. For example, key races are the Boston Marathon, Toronto Marathon and Eugene Marathon but any marathon between 4/16 and 5/1 is appropriate.

Join Coach Bobby Garcia and his Rogue Team SOLE SURVIVORS for a spring of speed training and a summer of high mileage. Whether your goal is Cap 10K or not, February through April will ... morebe dedicated to sharpening your speed while maintaining a base of high mileage. From April through the summer and into the fall, Bobby's crew will prepare for the fall marathon of their choosing (such as Lake Tahoe, NYC, Marine Corps, Philly, Twin Cities, etc.). Runners should be comfortable with 5 miles for the first day of training. There will be 2 group workouts a week: a Quality Workout on Wednesdays and Long Runs on Saturday.

This program is a monthly billing program of $68 that will bill each month on the first.

Rogue Team SOLE SURVIVORS believe strongly in developing and strengthening a community of athletes who look to this training experience as a way to transform physically, mentally, and spiritually.
