Triathlon
Durata Training has developed athletes at every level of triathlon from Ironman and Half Ironman (70.3) professional champions to the athlete just getting started with the sport. Our knowledge, experience, and expertise will ensure that you arrive at your start line 100% prepared and confident that you’ll perform to your potential.
 
Cycling
Practical knowledge meets data driven results. We specialize with competitive cyclists to establish goals, multi-season progression, and short term milestones. David, Derick, and Patrick work with a wide range of ability levels and excel with cyclists that have a constant need to monitor and improve cycling performance. If it’s on two wheels and you’re the motor we deliver results!
 
Running
We understand what it takes to develop a runner to their potential. With a keen focus on the entire running picture; fitness, injury mitigation, structural strength, nutrition and mental focus are all fostered based on each individuals needs resulting in truly remarkable performances.
 
Working as a team, Durata Training seeks to offer the highest level of service to its athletes, providing unparalleled attention to detail, in addition to a personal relationship. We consider each of our athletes a part of the Durata Training family. 
Our goal is to set realistic expectations for our athletes, offer highly effective training and nutrition advice, and predict future performance in competition. Furthermore, we strive to motivate our athletes for success based on our individual experiences with them.
Our tools for these tasks include a Masters degree level of understanding in exercise physiology, practical experience at the highest levels of sport, and advanced field-testing suited to each athlete’s individual goals. The experience we’ve gained through years of professional coaching enables us to apply these measures of performance accurately.
We offer training programs suited to each and every ability level, from recreational runners competing in a local 5K to elite athletes preparing for international events.

Our Paramount coaching level is for the unique individual that demands the highest degree of expertise and customized service. Whether you are a professional who must ensure a peak ... morefor the World Championship, or simply an individual willing to commit to all aspects of a dedicated training strategy, our Paramount level provides the most comprehensive coaching supervision available.
Through daily coaching conversations, athletes will benefit from in-depth power analysis, nutrition and recovery advice, racing strategies and a completely customized training regimen based on their physical adaptations. Coaches will be available for pre and post race discussions and, at times, even present for specific events.
Athletes will occasionally be invited for personal training sessions with their Durata coach and receive discounts to other promotions or camps throughout the year.
As part of the Paramount coaching level, you will receive Durata Training’s customized workouts through your Premium Training Peaks account, which will be adjusted weekly or daily based on your race or travel schedule and regular coaching communications.

Sometimes even the best athletes need just a little advice. For this reason, Durata coaches are available for custom sessions.
These sessions are on an hourly basis and can include topics such as open water swim clinics (additional charges may apply), run technique analysis and workouts, transition clinics, bike handling skills, race/course tactics, team tactics, sprinting tactics or to address any other question you may have.
