Great thursday workout!
Meet Paul and the group of about 15 people at Ready to Run on Far West @ 6pm. We went for a nice 2-3 mile jog. Followed by about 5 sets of hill running exercises followed by another 2 miles. Once we got to the track Paul had us do some bear crawls and pull ups. Was sore for couple days. Great workout! The group was separated to 3 levels of abilities and we all trained together.
