Advanced - This group is for runners who are currently able to Run 3 miles and run a single mile in sub 7 minutes for boys and sub 8 minute mile for girls.
We will focus our summer training on moderate routines that integrate Hills, Drills, Speed, Steady State, Total Body Strength and Agility, overdistance, long intervals, and short intervals. Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 am - 9:30 am. We also have a workout at 7:00 am on Saturday Morning at Ready to Run. The cost of this program is $100 per month or $30 per week.
The training will be at Ready To Run at 3616 Farwest Blvd.
